We operate our property maintenance and pool maintenance service in the Jalon Valley, Orba and Pego areas of the inland Costa Blanca.
Find The Real Spain can assist with anything - cleaning and laundry services, spring cleans, care of your rental guests, gardening, building project management, painting and decorating, key holding and security checks, pool maintenance and more. We can also provide an advertising portal for property owners in Spain who wish to rent their properties for holidays and who are able to take care of all or most of the "on the ground" needs themselves.
We offer a Key holding and Property Check Service designed for properties that remain empty for long periods - regular property internal and external property inspections, checks after storms, mail forwarding.

Property Management and Pool Maintenance Services in the Jalon Valley, Orba and Pego areas - you can pay annually or monthly for services by bank transfer or by credit card. For property owners who are absent from Spain for only part of the year, we can supply these services on a quarterly or half-yearly basis.
Our Cancellation Policy for Property Maintenance Services is that either party may terminate the Property Maintenance agreement by giving one calendar month notice in writing to the other party. This means that if your circumstances change or you sell your property, you are not tied in to an agreement with us.
We know you will be delighted with our professional and caring approach and our high standards. Our Refund Policy for Property Maintenance Services is that a no-quibble guarantee of our work is offered to all our customers. If you are not happy with the standard of our work, we will return to your property within 7 days of completion of our work and meet with you or your representative to discuss and achieve meeting the standard of performance you expect of us.
