Casa Olivas is a superb, 1 bedroomed villa apartment in Orba, offering high quality and spacious accommodation. The apartment is in a separate wing of the owners' substantial individual villa and the property is surrounded by quarter acre walled gardens with 11 olive trees. The property is not overlooked by neighbouring properties in its private corner plot position.
The apartment's separate entrance opens into the very spacious kitchen, lounge, dining area with door through from the lounge to the bedroom with ensuite shower room (double bed or twin single beds are available, please specify your choice when making your booking). The apartment's lounge overlooks the swimming pool with views beyond over citrus groves to the mountains.
Casa Olivas guests have exclusive use of the property's swimming pool and there are many outside areas to sit and relax - sun terrace, the private garden terrace under the olives outside the apartment entrance and the pool terrace.
The apartment has full gas central heating for all year round holiday rental.

Casa Olivas is situated on a corner plot in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village of Orba between the Jalon Valley and the coastal resort of Denia. Casa Olivas is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from Orba village with its good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The apartment accommodation is of a very high standard and the position of the property and gardens makes for a tranquil relaxing holiday within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Orba village with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, 2 internet cafes, 10 minutes walk. Jalon town with a superb choice of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, internet cafes, 15 minutes by car. Jalon Valley rustic restaurants are within a 10-minute drive radius offering excellent food with lots of choice at good prices. Good supermarkets, 10 minutes drive. 5 minutes walk is the local village community pool which is located next to an award-winning pizzeria and bar.

Open plan living area incorporating very spacious lounge with leather suite, coffee table, book library, dining area, satellite TV showing UK terrestrial channels including BBC, ITV, C4, DVD player, Hi Fi portable unit with CD player and radio, video player. Guests have access to the owners' DVD library of over 2000 DVDs (if owners are in residence at the time of your stay). 2 freestanding fans.

The owners of Casa Olivas live in the adjoining villa and are able to recommend local places of interest, restaurants, etc.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.- Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:
Quality towels and linen are included and a change is provided weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack (including olive oil from the property's own olive trees) is provided.
£100 security deposit refundable within 10 days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided

It was extremely clean and we very much appreciated the welcome pack along with all the home comforts e.g. nice soft towels, cool bag and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Private access was good and the pool was clean and tidy. We took our road bikes and access to the mountains was perfect, we cycled every day for hours along the nice smooth roads, all newly tarmaced!! Orba village is within easy reach and had some lovely restaurants. The property is well situated for a nice quiet and peaceful stay. We stayed at Casa Olivas for two weeks in the summer of 2008 and immediately booked for two weeks again for the following year of 2009. The apartment, grounds, facilities, inside and outside are excellent. In particular the very private pool and its surrounds is superb. The owners Ron and Margaret are exceptionally helpful with everything that is asked of them but never intrusive. We would highly recommend this property - David and Claire, Lincs. August 2009.
