Limon is a villa apartment in the Jalon Valley in a private, quiet and elevated position on the mountainside above Jalon town with fantastic panoramic views over the Jalon Valley. This apartment is the lower floor of a substantial detached and private villa on the edge of a small development in a cul-de-sac position, hence is peaceful with no passing traffic and is not overlooked by other properties. The villa apartment is on the same level as a magnificent freeform shaped swimming pool of some 10 x 5 metres. The pool and pool terrace are exclusively for use by Limon´s guests and not shared. The view of the Jalon Valley across to the Sierra Bernia mountains is truly glorious. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), spacious shower room, open plan living area with kitchen and breafast bar, satellite TV showing UK terrestrial and Sky Movies/Sports channels. The property has Wi Fi internet. We think this is an ideal option for a smaller family/couple who do not want to stay in a busy apartment complex with communal pool facilities.

Jalon Valley rustic restaurants are within a 10-minute drive radius offering excellent food with lots of choice at good prices. Good supermarkets are a 10-minute drive. Beaches and resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are within a 20 minute drive

We think this villa apartment in the Jalon Valley is ideal for the couple or small family who want an exclusive pool and poolside facilities without a private villa price-tag (and what a pool!). The views are magnificent from the property and Jalon town's amenities are just a few minutes' drive.

The owners offer exclusive use of the pool and pool terrace to guests. The owners live on the upper level of the villa and have separate living accommodation. They need to walk across the pool terrace adjacent to the apartment to access their accommodation but otherwise this area is private for Limon guest use.
Guests can park on the driveway below the villa. The apartment is accessed via a steep flight of steps from the driveway.- Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:
Quality towels and linen are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. The owners will meet you on arrival and show you around. Welcome pack provided of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, beer, wine, juice, ham, cheese, bread, butter, cakes, croissants. Pool/beach towels are provided.
£100 security deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided

A most fantastic villa with a view to die for. The pool was amazing and the villa was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook, BBQ and entertain. Jane and Margaret were very friendly, helpful and always on hand if we needed them. There was plenty in the area to do, especially with the children. There was a supermarket nearby and the local beaches were amazing. If you never go anywhere else again, you must go here, we're already looking at flights for next year! Had a good holiday here. Apartment very clean on arrival and a welcoming pack above and beyond normally found. The owners were welcoming and friendly. The location was lovely, the views from the pool terrace are spectacular and a joy to see every morning. The location is rural and the town is only a 15-20 minute walk through the fields. We were told about the shorter route by the next door neighbours. We would have no hesitation in returning to the property/location for a relaxing holiday. The welcome pack was most appreciated given that we had a very early start. Jane and Margaret were very obliging regarding our arrival/departure time which was most appreciated. We had a good trip home and had a lovely holiday thank you. The villa was excellent and Jane and Margaret made us very welcome. We were particularly pleased we had holidayed in the fiesta season. Jane asked us if there was anything she could do to improve the villa. The only thing we could think of was some sort of aircon or fans as it was very hot during the night. Jane advised she is arranging to fit fans to the lights so I´m sure that will help. The pool was a good size and regularly cleaned and Margaret arranged a nice welcome pack on our arrival including beer! We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to our family and friends.
