Los Delfines (in Spanish means Dolphins) is a modern and cleverly designed ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 persons (double, twin and single) and 2 bathrooms offering very comfortable accommodation for 5 persons. The apartment is situated in the quality small development of Vista Bahia at Gran Alacant. There are 27 properties with secure access to the gardens and the development’s swimming pool and sun terraces. The airport at Alicante is a 15-minute taxi ride away from Gran Alacant – with everything you need on hand to the property.

Location of Property

The beautiful beaches of Els Arenals de Sol - Elx are less than a 10-minute walk from Los Delfines and there are plenty of amenities of banks, shops, local market, restaurants, bars and a fitness club within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment. Alicante town is well worth a visit for elegant cafés, designer shops and well-known stores as well as the lovely marina with little street stalls on the boulevard behind and is approximately 25 minutes by car. The historic town of Elche is a 10-minute drive, definitely worth a visit to amble through the old quarter and get a taste of the real Spain.

What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice

We think Delfines is a great choice and excellent value. The beach is close by and all amenities of restaurants, bars, shops and market are easy walking distance from the apartment.

Gran Alacant has a Land Train which traverses different areas of the resort (a round trip takes 1 hour and costs 1 euro) and stops off at the beach. You don't even need to hire a car!

Banks, an English supermarket, second-hand bookstore, chemist, internet café, hair and beauty salon, health and fitness club, many bars and restaurants (Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Pizzeria, Steakhouse) within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There is a wonderful local street market (Thursdays) with dozens of stalls offering leather goods, shoes, clothes, linen, jewellery as well as fresh local produce, 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Fitness club within 2 minutes walk of the apartment.

Los Delfines is a superbly located property; within easy walking distance of beautiful beaches and with all the facilities you could wish within a few minutes’. The amenities at Vista Bahia are pristine with a superb communal pool close to the apartment

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:

Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. The apartment's housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around.

£100 security deposit refundable within 10 days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.
