Jazmin is a modern apartment situated on the quality development of Green Paradise at Pego. The apartment is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a south-facing private terrace area, lounge/dining area, fitted equipped kitchen, utility room, underground parking, private elevator to your front door.
Green Paradise is a stylish development with landscaped gardens and 2 large swimming pools for use by the 104 apartments. Jazmin is on the second floor so benefits from being one of two apartments on its level with only the loft apartment above. The views from the terrace are commanding - to one side, spectacular mountain scenery, and to the other side, the coast at Denia can be seen in the distance.
The location on the edge of Pego town means that all the amenities of this traditional market town are easily reached on foot - bars, cafes, restaurants, individual shops and supermarkets. Excellent sandy beaches are 15 minutes by car.

Pego is situated just 5 miles inland of the coastal resort of Denia on the Costa Blanca. The apartment Jazmin is located on a new development, completed March 2008, on the outskirts of Pego town and within easy walking distance (5/10 minutes) of all amenities. A short drive away over the mountain to the south, and within 15 minutes drive of the apartments, is the Jalon Valley with numerous choices of rustic restaurants.
- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice
The Pego Valley is a few miles inland of the bustling coastal resort of Denia and yet it feels like a different world. The agricultural land here is orange groves tucked in behind high mountain ranges which separate it from the neighbouring Orba and Jalon Valleys. The town of Pego is refreshingly unspoilt and although English is spoken in many places, you will have ample opportunity to try out your Spanish. Jazmin is offered for rental at a very affordable price and we think the apartment is stylish and perfect for the family or couple who are looking for an alternative to the standard beach holiday.

The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the apartment and within 10 minutes walk you can reach all the amenities of the market town of Pego - superb choice of tapas bars, individual food shops, large supermarkets, internet cafes, banks, weekly produce market.

Underground secure parking.

Smoking is preferred outside the apartment, on the terrace or balcony is fine.- Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:
Quality linen and towels are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack is provided. The owners will meet you on arrival to show you around and tell you about the local area.
£100 security deposit refundable within 10 days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided
