La Palmeria is an exceptional “5 star deluxe” property. The 2 bed-roomed 2 bathroomed luxury accommodation in Orba, the lower floor of a large private villa, has been superbly designed to a very high specification with full air-conditioning and central heating. Guests have exclusive use of the fabulous pool, gazebo, several dining and relaxation terraces and extensive landscaped gardens. The front door opens directly into the very spacious open-plan sitting room/dining room and quality kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual equipment. The double bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and the twin bedded room has an ensuite shower room. There are TVs in the sitting room and in the double bedroom offering UK terrestrial channels and Sky “freeview” stations. The property has Wi Fi internet access.

La Palmeria is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village of Orba between the Jalon Valley and the coastal resort of Denia. The apartment is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from Orba village with its good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. La Palmeria is accessed through a secure gateway providing lots of off-road parking on the spacious driveway.

Everyone who stays at La Palmeria loves it as you can see from the Guest Comments! It is immaculate and very stylish with superb outside areas usually only found with exclusive villa rental. A fantastic opportunity for the smaller family or one or two couples.
We think this luxury apartment with pool in Orba is a rare find .... offering superb accommodation and facilities for one or two couples or the small family with superior and exclusive outdoor facilities.- Bedrooms

Quality towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. Pool/beach towels are provided. The owners provide a pre-arrival shopping service for guests.
£150 security deposit refundable within 10 days of departure. We can accept payment by credit card.
Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Loved it! The real advantage of this property is you get the benefit of a large pool and excellent outside facilities that you would not normally get with a two bedroomed villa. Key points for us were that the pool area is not visible from the appartment so we did have to ensure that the boys were always together when up at the pool. However, the appartment is only just down the set of the stairs next to the pool so no real problem. Secondly, we are quite private but so had some concerns at having the owners sharing the property. This is not a problem as they are very nice people and friendly and helpful without being intrusive - and they were great with the kids. The apartment itself is excellently appointed and very comfortable. The range of utensils and the fact that the basics (tea, salt, dishwasher tabs etc) were provided was a real bonus. We had a really great holiday in Orba and I can only agree with all of the positive reviews. The villa was lovely - very clean and well equipped. Having exclusive use of the beautiful pool and outside areas meant that we had a luxurious and very relaxing holiday. The town is only a short walk away and we didn't feel the need to travel any further for shopping or eating out during our one week stay. We didn't get to meet Karen as she was back in the UK, but Norman was the perfect host - leaving us undisturbed and in total privacy, but always there to give help and advice when needed (even taking a broken boot to the cobbler to be repaired!). This is by far the best holiday property that we have rented and we would thoroughly recommend it - Chris and Jacquelyn S., Southampton. July 2010.
This property is a real gem. Everything about the property is five star, including the owners. Don't be put off by having the owners living above you. They are as discreet as you want them to be. Norman and Karen are a lovely couple who go out of their way to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The property is lovely and comfortable with full air conditioning. British TV and a DVD libary are added extras. Everything is spotlessly clean and looks brand new. The pool and terraces/outside BBQ and furniture are all immaculate. I would recommend this villa to my closest friends but I'll be careful that they don't book the week I want next year. As regards the property, it was absolutely outstanding! It exceeded our expectations, going by the pictures on the website, and they were fantastic to start with.
