"El Soñador" which means "The Dreamer" is a spacious villa apartment in the Jalon Valley with one-acre gardens and private pool. The property is in a quiet country location with fantastic mountain and valley views. The gardens are private with sunny and shaded areas and areas of complete privacy. The lower floor of the villa "Cien Estrellas" is a spacious self-contained apartment suite with bedroom, shower room, lounge/dining/kitchen area. The apartment can be rented as an optional extra to the 3 bedroom villa during July/August when it is not available for sole rental - see separate listing for "Cien Estrellas".
Please note that the main villa, Cien Estrellas, is not let when El Sonador is booked. Guests of El Sonador have the property, pool, gardens and all amenities exclusively.

El Soñador in the Jalon Valley is located approximately 400 metres from the country road leading from Benissa to Jalon. It is situated along a country lane which is access to about a dozen houses only and therefore has no passing traffic. There are neighbouring houses situated on the hillside around Cien Estrellas although this property remains private due to its large gardens.
Lliber village is 1km from the villa and has the usual small village shops plus a couple of bars and restaurants. Jalon town is 2km distant and has a wide range of amenities, including larger shops, internet cafes, restaurants and bars, wineries and a very popular Saturday bric a brac market. The resorts of Calpe, Moraira and Javea are 15/20 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is essential.- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice

Large poolside cabana, BBQ house/summer kitchen, dining furniture on several terraces, sunbeds, parasols, poolside shower. 1 acre private landscaped gardens. Secure off-road parking for several cars in the villa's driveway.

Quality towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are provided. Welcome pack is provided. The owners' neighbours, who look after the property, will meet you on arrival and show you around.
Security damages deposit £225 refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided
