Casa Colina is a luxury villa with pool in the Jalon Valley. The villa stands on a hillside at the head of the Jalon Valley with extensive views right down the Valley between the mountains to Murla. The property is offered for rental either as a main villa rental option only (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6) or with the additional facility of the 2 bedroomed lower floor apartment with is self-contained with its own kitchen/lounge/diner, shower room, terrace.
Please note, if you rent the main villa, we do not rent the lower floor apartment to another group, you have the property exclusively!
The main villa is accessed from a garden terrace to the kitchen and open plan lounge diner. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms lead off from an adjacent hallway. The main villa is all on one level (upper level to take advantage of the magnificent views). The apartment is accessed from a lower garden terrace adjacent to the pool terrace. The living accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area and 2 bedrooms with shower room.

Casa Colina is located approximately 750 metres from the country road leading from Benissa to Lliber and Jalon. It is situated along a well-maintained sandy lane through the vineyards which is access to 4 houses only and therefore has no passing traffic. There are 2 neighbouring houses situated on the hillside which are both below Casa Colina.
Lliber village is 1.5km from the villa and has the usual small village shops plus a couple of bars and restaurants. Jalon town is 3km distant and has a wide range of amenities, including larger shops, internet cafes, restaurants and bars, wineries and a very popular Saturday bric a brac market. The resorts of Calpe, Moraira and Javea are 15/20 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is essential.- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice
We think this villa in the Jalon Valley is particularly suited for 2 families who wish to holiday together but with some separation of sleeping and living arrangements. The property caters easily for 10 persons with 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, 4 shower rooms and a lovely additional outside Summer Kitchen means serious summer self-catering poolside! The villa has a commanding elevated position with extensive views over the Jalon Valley and is totally private.

Quality towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. The owners will meet you on arrival and show you around. A welcome pack is provided.
£150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided

We all had a wonderful time. Totally chilled (some of the 'old red' from the bodega probably helped). The villa was everything we expected and more - clean, well equipped and in a great location. We never tired of the views down the valley. Please pass on special thanks to Keith - he was an absolute star and always there to help or advise with anything large or small. He certainly works very hard. Although we like to see different places, we all said that we would not hesitate to revisit Casa Colina. It had everything we want out of a holiday - Jane & Scott and Jill & Graham. July 2010.
