Casa Esperanza is a superb 2 bedroomed villa in a hillside location with outstanding views over citrus groves and the village of Adsubia nestled in the valley below. The property is located in the small quality development of Les Basetes, 20 minutes drive from the resorts and beaches of Oliva, Gandia and Denia and 5 minutes drive from the traditional market town of Pego.
Casa Esperanza is a modern property and is built in the style of a traditional Spanish town house. The house is located in an attractive small cul de sac of similar properties. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms, modern well-equipped kitchen, lounge, family shower-room, separate cloakroom and a lovely private terrace and courtyard with stone-built BBQ. The large pool (10 metres by 6 metres) is a 2 minute walk from the property and is exclusively for use of the 18 houses in the cul de sac. Casa Esperanza is built on a hillside and has the living area and outside terrace on the upper floor (level access from the road) to make the most of the outstanding views.

Adsubia is 15 minutes drive from the Mediterranean resorts of Oliva and Denia. Adsubia has the usual small village amenities of small shops, bars and a particularly good restaurant. The town of Pego is 5/10 minutes drive from Casa Esperanza and has an extensive choice of supermarkets, eating places, banks, internet cafes and shops. Turning inland from the villa, we highly recommend a drive into the Valle de Gallinera - the land of cherry trees and mountainside tapas bars serving fabulous local food. Car hire is essential.
- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice
We think Casa Esperanza is a lovely property in a great location with superb views. The large communal pool for use by the 18 townhouses in the cul de sac is beautifully maintained. The property is within a short drive of blue flag beaches in one direction and the highly recommended Valle de Gallinera, a scenic and gastronomic delight, in the other direction.

Small supermarket, several bars and restaurants including recommended restaurant and a bank with ATM in Adsubia village, few minutes by car. Larger shops, supermarkets, bars, excellent general shopping and eating choices in Pego town, 5/10 minutes by car

Pool for exclusive use of townhouse residents - 10 metres by 6 metres, is a 2 minute walk from Casa Esperanza and has a surrounding terrace area with benches. The pool has Roman steps and ladder access with pool depth of 1.2 metres graduating to 1.9 metres at the deep end.
Casa Esperanza has a private terrace and courtyard accessed by French doors from the lounge - outside dining table and chairs with awning over, sunloungers, stone-built BBQ. The terrace iron railings and wall are 1 metre height.- Living Rooms
Open-plan lounge with comfortable seating for 4, dining table and chairs for 4 persons, air-conditioning (hot and cold), satellite TV showing UK terrestrial channels, DVD player. Cloakroom with WC. French doors leading to private terrace.

Quality linens and towels are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are supplied.
£150 refundable security damages deposit.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate. Check in after 3pm, check out by 10am.- Amenities/Facilities Provided
