Casa Azul is a lovely link-detached holiday villa near Moraira, quietly situated in a picturesque location at the top of the Valle de Portet. Flanked on two sides by hills, Casa Azul nestles into the hillside and enjoys wonderful views over the sea at El Portet Bay, Moraira. Vista Ifach is a quality development of 40 residential and holiday properties with the benefit of 2 large swimming pools, the nearest to Casa Azul being a 2 minute stroll from the villa.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is offered for holiday rental either as a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom option or as a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom option.
Casa Azul is accessed on level ground from it's own parking area and has a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, dining area and well-fitted kitchen. Bedroom 1 (king) and bedroom 2 (twin) with their respective ensuite bathroom/shower room are adjacent to the living area. Doors from the lounge open on to the covered naya terrace with stunning views down to the sea at Moraira.
Steps from the naya terrace lead down to the gardens with access to the optional garden suite with bedroom 3 (double) and it's ensuite shower room.

Casa Azul is one of 3 link detached at the top edge of the Vista Ifach development. The villa has impressive views over the sea and has undeveloped natural hillside to one side of the property. There are good supermarkets and shopping facilities within a short drive (1 km) and the town and beaches of Moraira are 2 kms away. The sandy beach at El Portet bay offers safe bathing and has beachside restaurants and bars. The neighbouring traditional Spanish village of Benitachell is 5/10 minutes drive. Bars and restaurants in the surrounding area are plentiful and all within a short drive.

Casa Azul is a lovely airy villa with stunning views over El Portet bay. The location is superb - within an easy step of Moraira and the resorts of Javea and Calpe, and just a short drive from the wineries, tapas bars and rustic restaurants of the Jalon Valley.

Casa Azul enjoys shared and easy access to 2 impressive swimming pools, the nearest of which is situated a 2 minute stroll from the property. The pool has a shallow end for small children delineated by stepping stones. The main part of the pool is approximately 2 metres in depth. The pool is conveniently close, well maintained, has a poolside shower and is bordered by grassed areas, palms and flowering oleander shrubs.
Casa Azul has an exterior naya terrace with dining table and chairs (seating 6 persons) with wonderful sea and mountain views. Steps from the naya terrace lead down to the villa's own gardens with access to the garden suite (Bedroom 3/Bathroom 3). Additional patio table and chairs (seating 4 persons), sunloungers, BBQ.

Spacious and comfortable open plan lounge and dining area with kitchen off. Lounge seating for 4 persons. Dining table and chairs with seating for 6 persons. Additional seating on adjacent naya terrace. Satellite TV channels include BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies. DVD player and Hi Fi unit. Gas heater and woodburner.

Quality towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack is provided. The owners' neighbours, who look after the property, are always on hand to support during your stay if required.
Security damages deposit £150 refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided
