Manzanos in the Jalon Valley is a lovely, modern and well-equipped villa situated in a quiet and private location with magnificent views of the mountains and the Jalon Valley.
The villa is a two-storey property with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern fitted kitchen and lounge/diner with satellite TV showing UK TV channels. Doors from the lounge open on to a covered naya terrace with swing seat, outside dining furniture and those wonderful and far-reaching views! Steps lead down to the pool and sunbathing terraces. The property is comfortable and well-equipped and has central heating so perfect for all year round rental. The property benefits from broadband internet access for use with guests' own laptop or other device.

Location of Property

Manzanos is situated just a few minutes drive from the charming and traditional Spanish village of Murla. The villages of the Jalon Valley, with their excellent country restaurants and all amenities, are within a 10 minute drive radius. The sandy beaches and resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are 25 minutes by car. The property is private and the views across the Jalon Valley to the mountains are uninterrupted. The country development of Vernissa Park is small, quiet and relaxed.

This holiday villa in the Jalon Valley is in such a peaceful location. We love the wonderful views and tranquillity of Manzanos. And, one of our favourite restaurants, El Nou Portet, is located on the Alcalali / Orba road, just 5 minutes drive from the villa!

Distance to nearest shops, bars and restaurants from this property

The sleepy village of Murla in the Jalon Valley is a few minutes drive from Manzanos and has a bakery, a few small shops and a small produce market on Mondays. Jalon and Orba (10 minutes drive) are small towns with all amenities - shops and supermarkets, bars, restaurants, internet, bank facilities, weekly markets, wineries. Jalon Valley villages are all within a 10 minute drive radius of Manzanos and all have excellent bars and restaurants serving great food for all budgets and tastes.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 (upper floor) with kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe / dressing area, bedside cabinets and ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (lower floor) with twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet. Adjacent to main shower room.
It is possible to sleep an additional 1 to 2 persons on the sofa bed in the lounge.

Roof solarium accessed by a lockable door from upper floor. Naya shaded and open sunbathing terraces, patio furniture, sunloungers, umbrella, barbecue and 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with underwater lighting.

Living Rooms

Comfortable lounge seating - armchairs and sofa (converts to sofa bed and can sleep an additional 1 or 2 persons), dining table/chairs, English TV, CD player, DVD player. Doors from the lounge open on to the covered naya terrace with a double swing seat.

Other

Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, folding clothes dryer.
A cot and highchair is available upon request.
The property has broadband internet access for guest use.

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:

Quality towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack is provided. The villa´s housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around.

£150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.

All four of us had an amazing time at Manzanos. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy and it was plenty big enough for all of us. The views out by the pool are second to none. When you woke up in the morning and went outside, it always surprised you how breathtaking they were. The pool was very inviting and a gorgeous temperature. It was a very quiet and peaceful area and the local villages were brilliant, all the locals were really friendly and we loved the slow pace of life, lots of elderly, sitting out on the road side and playing cards :) We cannot recommend this place enough! We also travelled to the beach in Denia and went on a sunset sail excursion which was 20 euro's each and it was beautiful with a free glass of champagne and bar on board. it was worth it! Manzanos is a lovely property to stay in. It had everything we needed and even when we arrived the fridge was stocked up with some food which was great.
