Villa Solana is a detached holiday villa with pool in Alcalali village, in the heart of the Jalon Valley, just 20 minutes drive inland of the popular resort of Calpe on the Costa Blanca. A comfortable and spacious detached villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the property is walled and gated and quietly situated on the outskirts of Alcalali village.
Villa Solana is built on the hillside and the living accommodation of the property is on the upper floor of the property to take full advantage of the wonderful views over the Jalon Valley and Sierra Bernia mountains. The large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is accessed from the garden terrace and has an additional covered naya sun room. The well-equipped kitchen leads off from the dining area. A double bedroom with king bed and a twin bedroom with ensuite and adjacent bathrooms/shower rooms, are located off the living area. There are 2 sofa beds in the naya sun room, enabling this property to accommodate up to 6 persons.
Steps from the villa lead down through the gardens to the large pool terrace with swimming pool and poolside bar with additional seating and dining areas.

Villa Solana is located in a quiet mature residential development on the outskirts of the village of Alcalali. The views over the Jalon Valley and across to the Sierra Bernia mountains are magnificent. The location is peaceful and tranquil and the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with the benefit of being within walking distance of an excellent choice of village restaurants and bars.
Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the area.- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice
We think this holiday villa with pool is superbly situated on the outskirts of Alcalali, and within easy walking distance of village amenities, restaurants and bars. The villa is very comfortably furnished and we particularly like the spacious pool terrace with poolside covered bar and terrace.
Villa Solana is superbly located to enjoy the amenities of the Jalon Valley and the nearby coastal resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.

Bedroom 1 - with King 5 foot bed, ensuite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - with twin beds.
Both bedrooms have ample storage space, wardrobes, bedside tables, freestanding fans.
It is possible to sleep an additional 2 persons comfortably in the naya sun room where there are 2 sofa beds.- Bathrooms

A variety of garden terraces offering seating/dining areas in sun and shade and all with views over the pool and the Jalon Valley. Attractive mature gardens. BBQ. Poolside bar with terrace overlooking the pool. Poolside shower and WC.

Open plan lounge/dining area, door to naya sun room with superb views over the Jalon Valley to the mountains. 2 sofa beds in naya sun room. Lounge and dining seating for 6 persons. Satellite TV channels are a variety of european and worldwide channels including channels in English. Air-conditioning.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, outside is fine.
The owners are able to hire in a cot and highchair and pass on the rental charge - please request this at time of booking.- Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:
Quality towels and linen are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are included. Welcome pack is provided - beer, wine, bread, butter, snacks, tea, coffee, milk, sugar. The owner, who lives locally, can meet you on arrival and personally show you around the property.
£150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.- Amenities/Facilities Provided
