Las Higueras (Fig Trees in Spanish) is a comfortable and spacious detached luxury villa in Orba with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/shower rooms. The property is walled and gated and is totally private. The villa is quietly situated in an elevated situation on the outskirts of Orba village. Las Higueras is accessed through a private courtyard and opens into the ground floor living area - comprising large lounge with Ruby's Bar, separate dining room, kitchen, utility/shower room and garden room which opens on to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom and adjacent shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with terrace, twin bedroom, family bathroom and a study.

Las Higueras is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village of Orba between the Jalon Valley and the coastal resort of Denia. The property is situated 10/15 minutes walk from Orba village with its good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Las Higueras is accessed by steps to the main courtyard entrance. There is parking for 2/3 cars.
- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice
We think this luxury villa in Orba is lovely. Las Higueras is particularly well-situated on the outskirts of Orba village - close to all amenities and yet totally private. The walled gardens are delightful! This villa is extremely comfortable and well-furnished throughout with quality furnishings and fittings - a gem of a property.

Bedroom 1 (upper floor) with SuperKing bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing table, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, adjacent to family bathroom. Doors to terrace overlooking the pool, panoramic views of the mountains and sea.
Bedroom 2 (upper floor) with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, adjacent to family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (lower floor) with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside table, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom. Flyscreens are fitted in all bedrooms.

A shaded area to the rear of the villa is the ideal setting for a dining table and chairs for 8 persons, door to Ruby's Bar. Many seating areas, sunloungers, large awning. Delightful, mature and totally private gardens with figs, bananas, flowering shrubs and climbers, cared for throughout the year.

Quality towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are supplied. One of our team will meet you on arrival and show you around the property.
£150 security deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.
Check in between 4pm and 10pm.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
