About The Property

Casa Pelaro is a cut above the standard holiday villa. It used to be the owners' main home until 2006 and is beautifully maintained. It is of a supremely high standard of presentation, furnishings and equipment. The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors entrance to the property on the upper floor with entrance hallway, kitchen and sitting room, steps down to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and separate outside access to the lower floor 4th bedroom and shower room. The swimming pool is accessed from the middle floor via a terrace or directly from the master bedroom. The villa is furnished in a contemporary style with high quality stainless steel kitchen, glass wash handbasins in the luxury bathrooms and has gas central heating.

This property is available to rent as a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom villa. Please note, if you rent the 3 bedroom option, we do not rent the 4th bedroom to another party.

Location of Property

Casa Pelaro is situated on the hillside above the village of Adsubia in a small quality residential development. Adsubia is 15/20 minutes drive from the Mediterranean resorts of Oliva and Denia. The area is unspoilt and this villa has wonderful views over the citrus groves down to the village of Adsubia (10 minutes walk). Adsubia has the usual small village amenities of small shops, bars and a particularly good restaurant. The town of Pego is 10 minutes drive from the villa and has an extensive choice of supermarkets, eating places, banks, internet cafes and shops.

Turning inland from the villa, we highly recommend a drive into the Valle de Gallinera - the land of cherry trees and mountainside tapas bars serving fabulous local food. Car hire is essential.

We think Casa Pelaro is a wonderfully presented contemporary villa. Situated on a small and high-quality residential development in the countryside, this property is an excellent example of holiday villa rental with comfort and style.

Contemporary fitted kitchen with marble worktops, oven, stainless steel hob/extractor, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, glass dining table seats 6. Washing machine in the lower floor annexe, adjacent to Bedroom 4.

Outside & Pool Facilities

Access from lower floor (bedroom level)to side terrace and through gated entrance to pool terrace. Swimming pool 8 x 4 metres with roman steps and underwater lighting. Access to pool terrace also from master bedroom. Sunloungers, parasols, dining furniture, BBQ.

Living Rooms

The sitting room is open-plan and is a step down from the kitchen. Double doors open on to a small balcony overlooking the pool with views over the citrus groves and further double doors lead to a covered dining terrace with table and chairs seating 4/6.

Other

The property has gas central heating.
A staircase leads from the entrance hallway down to the lower floor of the villa (3 bedrooms with bathroom and shower room).
There is a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.
The owners request that guests do not smoke inside the villa.
If you take the 3 bedroom rental option, the washing machine situated in the lower floor bedroom annexe will always be available for your use.

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:

Quality towels and linen are provided and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. A welcome pack is provided (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, fruit juice, bread, eggs). The owners will meet you at the villa and personally show you around.

Security damages deposit £150 refundable within 10 working days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.
