Villa Sanpedro is a detached villa in the Jalon Valley with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is single storey and has an enclosed naya sitting area which is south-facing and overlooks the pool with lovely mountain views. The villa and its gardens are on one level so consequently this property is very child-friendly. The property is immaculately maintained and very well-equipped. The outside areas are mainly gravel, the pool is 8 x 4 metres and kidney-shaped and the pretty gardens gardens are walled and gated. Located between the Jalon Valley village of Alcalali and Orba, this property is superbly located for exploring the Jalon Valley and the coast resorts and an easy stroll frpm a recommended restaurant.

This villa in the Jalon Valley is south facing and has fabulous views across the Jalon Valley to the mountains. The development is in a rural location between two villages, Alcalali and Orba, so is ideally placed for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location whilst being within very easy reach of all amenities including the 50 or so Jalon Valley rustic restaurants. The views from the villa are stunning and there are many country and mountain walks straight from the property. The nearest beaches are 25 minutes drive at Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe. Car hire is essential.
- What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice
We think this property is in a great location, right in the heart of the Jalon Valley midway between Jalon and Orba, and very easy access to all the popular village restaurants at Alcalali, Parcent, Murla (just 5 minutes drive).
Even better, one of our favourite restaurants, El Nou Portet, is just a few minutes walk from Villa Sanpedro and is highly recommended.- Bedrooms

The villa has a glassed naya area which overlooks the pool at the front of the property.

This property is ideal for the elderly as the property access is almost level. There are 5 steps with a handrail from the drive to the front of the property, and 1 step as you enter the front door.

Quality towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. Welcome pack provided. The owners´ housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around the property. Earliest check in is 4pm.
£150 security deposit refundable within 10 days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Beautiful villa with a great location. The surroundings are magical/breath taking. A bit close to neighbours but if you don't mind having people around you, then this villa is definitely one to try. Relaxing by the pool, soaking the sun and drinking the sangria makes a fabulous holiday. Jalon (nearest big town) is a superb place and there are many small towns around - Elena F., London.
