Villa Los Olivos is a detached fully air-conditioned villa with 2 bedrooms situated on the edge of a small quality residential development on a hillside overlooking citrus groves and the village of Adsubia. Glorious beaches and resorts around Denia, Oliva and Gandia are just 15 minutes drive. The property has a fitted modern kitchen, cloakroom and sitting room/dining room on the upper floor (road level). French doors overlook the pool and citrus groves. Stairs lead down to the bedroom and bathroom level and out on to the pool terrace. The property has a double bedded and a twin bedded room and has hot and cold air-conditioning in both bedrooms and in the upper floor living accommodation.

Adsubia is 15 minutes drive from the Mediterranean resorts of Oliva and Denia. Adsubia has the usual small village amenities of small shops, bars and a particularly good restaurant. The town of Pego is 10 minutes drive from the villa and has an extensive choice of supermarkets, eating places, banks, internet cafes and shops. Turning inland from the villa, we highly recommend a drive into the Valle de Gallinera - the land of cherry trees and mountainside tapas bars serving fabulous local food. Car hire is essential.

We think Los Olivos is a great choice for the couple or small family who want a detached quality villa with pool (and full air-conditioning) at an excellent price. The position of Los Olivos is private with stunning views over the citrus groves down to the village.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (with luxury mattress topper) and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and air-conditioning.
Both bedrooms have bedside tables and built in wardrobes.- Bathrooms
Shower room on the lower floor (bedrooms level) with WC and bidet.
Separate WC on the upper floor (living area).- Kitchen
Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. Washing machine, iron and ironing board in separate lower floor utility room.

Steps lead from the lower floor (bedroom level) directly on to the pool terrace. 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps and ladder. Stone-built BBQ. Quality sunloungers, dining table and chairs, parasol.

Open-plan lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV (Sky freeview channels), DVD player, air-conditioning. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 4 persons. Kitchen through archway off.

The property has a security alarm for your peace of mind. The satellite TV system is Sky freeview. Various News channels, shopping channels, Performance (arts), familar radio channels such as BBC Radio 1, 2, 3, 4, World Service etc and Classic FM, Jazz FM.
Guided walks in the Vall de Gallinera can be organised. Walk into the mountains from Beniali village with your guide and return for tapas or a typical 3 course lunch. Quality linens and towels are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are supplied.
£150 refundable security damages deposit. We can accept payment by credit card.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

We really enjoyed our week's holiday at Los Olivos in the Pego Valley. It was very peaceful and has lovely views of the mountains - just what we wanted after a busy few months.The pool was lovely and quite big for a private villa we both thought. The villa was well equipped with what we needed for our stay and the shower was great. Find The Real Spain were very flexible in terms of our departure due to there being no incoming guests immediately after us. We had booked a late flight, and we were able to stay in the villa until 6pm on our departure date, for which we were very grateful. Los Olivos was perfect for us. We wanted a relaxing holiday in a picturesque area and that was what we got. The pool was great, and the main focus for us (2 adults, 2 teenagers), but we did drive up into the mountains on our way to Xativa, and make several forays to the beach at Oliva. The villa was well equipped and the aircon was great. Without it, we would have struggled in the heat at night. Just arrived back from another stay at this villa, the location is excellent for everything, not too far from the coast and right on the foot of the mountains. The villa is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a holiday. The only thing it could do with to be honest is a Wi Fi connection. My partner and I decided on staying at Los Olivos because we were looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday and the description given sounded perfect. We arrived at Valencia airport on a Sunday and drove down to Adsubia where the villa is situated by following the excellent directions provided by the property owner. We did worry about what to do for food the first day as Spain takes it’s Sundays seriously and very little is open but even food was provided for us on arrival. The views from the villa are lovely, orange trees in every direction and short walks are never far away. I will say that if you are looking for a lively holiday then this is maybe not for you as the closest town of real size boasts only a handful of restaurants and bars non of which are particularly bustling. However, there are larger towns in the area which can be reached in 30 minutes or less, so if you don’t mind travelling you might be able to find a bit more life there. It was perfect for us as we were simply looking to relax and take in some late summer sun, enjoy the culture and sample the fantastic Spanish food and wine. The villa is ideal for couples looking for a countryside getaway and smaller families wanting to relax and stay in a place where they have the option to explore the surrounding area, after all good beaches are only a 15 minute drive away. The villa is very safe and you instantly feel comfortable staying there. One criticism would be the quality of the double bed, it felt a little like a camp bed and isn’t the most comfortable thing to sleep on. This didn’t affect our stay but it might do some peoples. We would definitely like to return to this area of Spain again in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Los Olivos again - Philip C., York. September 2010.
A perfect stay at this villa, we needed a complete getaway from it all break and that's exactly what we had. Very scenic and peaceful location, the only noise we heard was the rooster and church bell in the village further down and maybe the odd car in the distance. Execeptionally clean throughout, kitchen utensils very well equipped and barbecue immaculate. Pool was the star of the show, great size. Struggling for negatives, however the only things I can think of are beds slightly too small, especially for two people sharing a double, and maybe side tables with lamps for reading at nightime. There is one restaurant in the area which was ok though would not recommend the tourist menu if you are searching for an authentic Spanish meal. Other than this, there is not much else to do here but that suited us fine. If you are looking for a complete getaway in the countryside, then this is the place for you, will definitely return here - Nicola C., London. July 2010.

A great location on the side of a mountain overlooking orange groves. The stars look as though they are painted on the sky and the kids got to see a great meteor shower. We had a great time thanks. The villa was in very good condition set in a pleasant location. We sometimes find that the older properties have a lower spec. but we were really pleased with this one. We were very happy with the service prior to and during the holiday. Directions/instructions etc spot on. Our only "niggle" was that we normally like to be 10-15 mins away from the Javea area and wouldn't normally stay so far up the A7.
