About the Property |
Casa Arboles is an imposing country villa set in private grounds of half an acre in an outskirts village location near to the mediaeval town of Xativa. The property is fenced and gated and accessed by a small country lane from the village road.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hallway, modern fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge. Bedroom 4 (bunk beds) is also located on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to the first floor hallway with doors to Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and the family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a large private terrace with table and chairs pluls an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3 has a balcony accessed by double doors.
The outside terraces are huge - several covered seating/dining areas including 2 gazebos and poolside bar. There is a utility and shower room with WC which is accessed from a garden terrace close to the pool.
The views are panoramic and the property is totally private. |

Location of Property |
Casa Arboles is situated on the outskirts of the village of Genoves, a beautiful area surrounded by mountains, which is less than 10 minutes drive from the mediaeval town of Xativa. Xativa is an elegant town with an old quarter, boulevards and fountains, a good choice of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The historic castle built along a mountain ridge is a "must see". Beaches at Tavernes and Gandia are 40 minutes by car and are superb - sandy, clean and stretch for miles. The more touristy resorts of Denia and Javea are a further 20 minutes drive south of Gandia.

What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice |
We love the position of Casa Arboles. Accessed by a country lane from the village road, this property is totally private and surrounded by mountains. The views are tremendous! The villa's terrace sweeps around in front of the property and is huge with several dining and relaxing areas as well as a poolside bar. |

The swimming pool, accessed by Roman steps, is 8 x 4 metres (depth 0.9 m shallow through to 1.5 m deep) and has underwater lighting.
The terrace has fencing with horizontal panels/gaps so this property would be unsuitable for young children unless fully supervised. |

The owners will meet you on arrival and show you around the property, ensuring you are familiar with the local area and can recommend places to eat, shop, visit.
£150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 days of your departure.
Earliest check-in is 3pm and latest check-out is 10am.
