The property's hallway opens into an open plan lounge dining area and to the very spacious kitchen dining area. The kitchen is a well-equipped and traditional farmhouse kitchen. Doors lead from the kitchen and reception areas to the walled courtyards beyond which are the pool and gardens at the rear of the property. There are 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the lower floor, plus 3 bedrooms and 2 full family bathrooms on the upper floor leading off from an extensive upper hallway.
Casa Azahar has been sympathetically restored to retain natural features of exposed stonework, archways and wooden beams.
The property is 5 minutes walk from the nearest neighbours so if you want to shout, sing or play - you won't disturb anyone! |

Casa Azahar is situated just minutes inland of the beaches of the Costa del Azahar (aptly named Coast of Orange Blossom), a beautiful and unspoilt area surrounded by orange groves with a backdrop of majestic mountains. The property is 5/10 minutes walk from the traditional village of Rafelcofer which has several bars, cafes, restaurants and village shops.
The towns of Gandia and Oliva are a 10-minute drive and have all amenities. Both these towns are traditional and vibrant with sophisticated dining and shopping alongside the more relaxed bars, cafes and produce markets.
The Blue Flag beaches of Gandia, Oliva and Piles are 5/10 minutes by car and are superb - sandy, clean and stretch for miles. The more touristy coastal resorts of Denia and Javea are 20 minutes by car.

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and quality towels and linen are included. Linen/towel change is provided for bookings of 2 weeks plus. The property's housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around the property, ensuring you are familiar with the local area and can recommend places to eat, shop, visit.
£200 security damages deposit refundable within 10 days of your departure.
Earliest check-in is 4pm (earlier if at all possible) and latest check-out is 10am.
