The property is situated 5/10 minutes’ walk from several bars and restaurants. Orba village, with its good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, is 5 minutes' drive or 20 minutes' walk.

We think this property is superbly located on the outskirts of Orba, and has the added bonus of being within 5 minutes walk of a very popular bar and restaurant with swimming pool. The property is very comfortably furnished and is quietly situated and we love those sea views! This property is a great choice for couples and small families as the Under Occupancy Discounts offer an exclusive rental option in 3 flexible price bands - 1 bedroom (sleeps 2)/2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8). You have the whole villa exclusively, simply the unwanted bedrooms are not made up with linen.

There is a second sun terrace accessed by doors from the dining room. Attractive, well-maintained gardens.

Off road parking is available in the villa's driveway. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, outside of course is fine. A cot and high chair can be provided.

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:

Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are provided. Welcome pack is provided. The owners, who live locally, will meet you on arrival and personally show you around the property. £150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure. We can accept payment by credit card.

“Stuart & Dawn could not have been more helpful. They were anxious to ensure that we all enjoyed our holiday. There is one thing I would suggest that I forgot to tell Stuart and that is that when we sat out in the late evening it was too dark to play cards etc and it would have helped had there been a more powerful light located near to the area where the tables/ BBQ are situated. This is a very minor point and did not prevent us from having a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable holiday in a villa which had all we needed.
