About the Property

Las Palmeras is a detached country villa set in large gardens with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a larger than regular swimming pool (12 x 3 metres). The well-maintained gardens with large palm trees give the villa its name.
Las Palmeras is accessed through gates into the entrance driveway and shady front garden area. The property is single-storey and all bedrooms and bathrooms lead off a central hallway with the lounge diner and kitchen at one end of the villa. A door from the lounge diner leads into the arched naya with its comfortable seating and al fresco dining area overlooking the pool.
Las Palmeras has a very large balustraded pool terrace with extensive views over the surrounding countryside. The pool is 12 x 3 metres with steps and shallow end suitable for young children. The gardens are large and enclosed and attractively planted with shrubs and flowers.

 

Location of Property

Las Palmeras is situated south of Valencia and 20 minutes drive inland of the resort of Gandia in the area known as the Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom coast). The Albaida Valley is farmed with vines, oranges, olives, almonds and dotted with small traditional villages. The larger town of Ontinyent and the mediaeval city of Xativa are located a 25 minute drive inland of Las Palmeras and are well worth a visit. The unspoilt beaches on the coast around Gandia (20 minutes drive) are not on the usual tourist track and are highly recommended.

Very large 12 metre x 3 metre swimming pool with shallow end suitable for young children. Poolside shower, BBQ and drinks fridge.
Large, level and gated gardens. Offroad parking for up to 3 cars in the front driveway.

Living Rooms:

Lounge dining room with comfy sofas, dining table and chairs, log burner, Sky Freeview satellite TV and DVD player. Air-conditioning (hot and cold).

Other

Utility area is in the garage which can be accessed internally from the villa - washing machine and additional fridge/freezer.
Additional housekeeping cleans can be organised directly with the housekeeper upon arrival.

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:

Rental includes full clean before your arrival and linen/towels. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. For bookings of 2 weeks plus, a weekly linen/towel change is provided. Refundable security damages deposit of £300 is payable in addition to the rental which is refunded within 10 working days of departure. 25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking, balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival/departure day is possible, please ask.
