The gardens are private with sunny and shaded areas and areas of complete privacy. The lower floor of the villa "Cien Estrellas" is a spacious self-contained apartment suite with bedroom, shower room, lounge/dining/kitchen area. Location of Property |
El Soņador is located approximately 400 metres from the country road leading from Benissa to Jalon. It is situated along a country lane which is access to about a dozen houses only and therefore has no passing traffic. There are neighbouring houses situated on the hillside around Cien Estrellas although this property remains private due to its large gardens. Lliber village is 1km from the villa and has the usual small village shops plus a couple of bars and restaurants. Jalon town is 2km distant and has a wide range of amenities, including larger shops, internet cafes, restaurants and bars, wineries and a very popular Saturday bric a brac market. The resorts of Calpe, Moraira and Javea are 15/20 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is essential. |

The owners' neighbours, who look after the property, will meet you on arrival and show you around. Security damages deposit Ģ225 refundable within 10 working days of departure. Earliest check in time is 3pm and latest check out time is 10am. Welcome Pack is provided. Any arrival/departure day is possible. |
