Villa Mirador is split-level and the main area of the property is on the upper floor. The large open plan lounge/dining area is accessed by steps from the garden or by either of two sets of double doors from the spacious covered naya terrace. The naya terrace is well-furnished and situated in a secluded area at the side of the villa. The well-equipped galley-style kitchen leads off from the dining area. A double bedroom and a triple bedroom (with bunk beds and a single bed), with 2 adjacent bathrooms/shower rooms, are located at the other end of the living area The 3rd bedroom and ensuite shower room are on the lower floor (accessed from a garden terrace) and the villa can also be rented exclusively as a 2 bedroom (sleeps 5) option with an Under Occupancy Discount.

Location of Property

Villa Mirador is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village of Orba between the Jalon Valley and the coastal resort of Denia. The property is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from Orba village with its good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Villa Mirador is accessed through a secure gateway providing off-road parking on the driveway.

What we think of this Property and Location as a Holiday Choice

We think this property is superbly situated on the outskirts of Orba, and within easy walking distance of many amenities. The property flows well from the main living area to the outside naya terrace and the gardens and pool area are a delight. The villa is very comfortably furnished and we particularly like the spacious covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens.

Jalon Valley rustic restaurants are within a 10-minute drive radius offering excellent food with lots of choice at good prices. Good supermarkets, 10 minutes drive. 5 minutes walk is the local village community pool and children´s play area which is located next to a pizzeria and bar.

Delightful, mature and mostly totally private gardens with olive trees, lemon trees, figs, loquat and bananas, cared for throughout the year by a gardener. There is a smaller covered terrace to the east of the property, ideal for breakfast.

Living Rooms:

Sitting room with quality sofas, traditional Spanish sideboard, bookcases, TV showing UK channels, DVD player, CD player/radio, original artwork. Dining area with very large bespoke dining table and chairs to seat 8 persons. Ceiling fans. Woodburner.

Laundry/Pool Room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Pool/beach towels are supplied at this property. Off road parking is available in the villa's driveway. The property is walled and gated. The villa has central heating and there are fans in all bedrooms and lounge/dining room.

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service:

Towels and linen are included and weekly linen/towel changes are provided for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are supplied. Welcome pack is provided. One of our team will meet you on arrival and show you around the property. Check in between 3pm and 10pm. £150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure. We can accept payment by credit card.
