We are often asked about car hire.  So, after much thought, we have decided to endorse CENTAURO CAR HIRE.

We strongly advise you take up the collision damage waiver option.  Whilst this will, of course, cost more – you are driving a car in a foreign country, left hand drive and most cars, if they get damaged, will be done so in car parks or in tight spaces.

SPAIN IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

Fear not media reports referring to Spanish airport authorities being on strike - the disputes have now been resolved. “On 24th March the Union vote is in. The CCOO union and CGT union are agreed with the deal, good till 2018. That means Spanish fire-fighters, maintenance personnel, engineers, computer scientists, track flaggers, administrative, technical, operational and passenger personal care users and customers service of the Spanish public airports are back to work as usual for the Easter and Summer holidays”.

There has been a certain amount of coverage of late describing air traffic control problems in Spain. These problems have now been resolved and Spain is now very much open to its tourist business for the summer and the low cost airlines will, as usual, be flying to Alicante, Valencia et al.
